Need more sleep

I read the paper from the beginning again. I understood equations more than the last time, but I didn’t have good concentration while I was reading. I was too sleepy and that’s the reason why the word count is few. Do I get tired towards the end of the week? Do I need more sleep in the weekends? Maybe, yes. Although I would like to have the same routine everyday regardless of weekdays or weekends, I have to decide whether I should modify the routine in weekends or in order not to accumulate exhaustion. As for today, I will sleep another 15 minutes until 6 since I’m ahead of schedule at the moment.
